Kindred Readmission Forcer, Primogen
This post addresses the issue of members who leave Dharma Clan and then want to return, as well as Kindred that disappear from the Master Kindred list and then want to rejoin.

When Kindred enter Dharma, they are asked to take an Oath of Loyalty and Dedication. Each member is an integral part of the whole, and as stated in our motto ... "Each of us embodies the Truth of Dharma." Every new member pledges his support and is given the Initiate phase to determine if Dharma and clan life is truly where he wants to pledge his commitment.

If any member chooses to leave the clan, thus breaking the Oath of Loyalty, he will be considered part of the general community of The Kingdom of the Winds.

If a former member of Dharma wishes to return to the clan, he must apply to the Primogen ONLY for permission to rejoin. If granted permission to return, he will be required to begin as a new Initiate and will be required to complete all quests and trials. This includes starting fresh with all clan points and clan titles.

The Master Dharma list is located at the Nexus site:
www.nexustk.com/list.html
or by clicking on the NPC "Dharma" in the front of the clan hall. It is used as a tool to determine current and active members. All active members are indicated by a green dot following their name. If a kindred becomes inactive and does not even log on once during a 30 day period, he will get a yellow dot after his name. If he is not active again for another 30 days, he will get a red dot after his name. Inactive members will not be automatically removed from the clan unless the member- ship exceeds 350 which is the maximum allowed by the Gods. However, members who become inactive and unregistered will be removed from clan as follows:
  1. Once a member becomes unregistered, he receives a large red X after his name.
  2. After 30 days, if still unregistered, he will have a yellow dot and a red X.
  3. After 60 days of being unregistered and inactive, he will receive a red dot and a red X. It is at this point he will be removed from Dharma clan records and points lists.
Once a member is removed for any reason from the Master List, he will forfeit any clan titles, status, positions or points he had. It is understood that people may sometimes need to take time off ((become unregged) and allowances will be made for that. At such time as they re-register or choose to return to Dharma, they will be asked to complete all Initiate requirements. The only exception to this will be with previous permission granted by the Primogen, although not easily obtained. All ReAdmits must have permission of Primogen before they can be readmittd.
